Win Cine Latino Film Festival 2017: The sights, sounds & stories of Latin America | Film festival giveaway

Cine Latino, Australia’s largest festival of Latin American cinema will descend on Palace Cinemas nationally from the 14th November 2017. In its second year, the program of 26 titles represent the best films from Central and South America.

Opening the festival is Mexican director Roberto Sneider’s 'You're Killing Me Susana' ('Me Esáas Matando Susana'). The twisty-turny travails of marital tension and infidelity get fleshed out in this comedy starring Gael García Bernal ('Neruda') and Verónica Echegui and will have audiences laughing before the opening night party celebrations.

Other highlights include Cannes winner ‘Gabriel and the Mountain’; Benezuela's submission for Best Foreign Language Film at the Oscars, ‘El Inca’; 'At The End Of The Tunnel' (Al Final Del Túnel') directed by Rodrigo Grande; and a spotlight on Argentinean cinema, including ‘Inseparable’, a remake of the French hit ‘The Intouchables’ and 'The Desert Bride' ('La Novia Del Desierto'), a mesmeric, transporting and affecting drama about a quiet, middle-aged woman (Paulina García, 'Gloria') searching for fulfilment in the spectacular Argentinean hinterlands.
